I accidentally fell to sleep today watching basketball which is why I'm up.
I don't like this restlessness at all. It doesn't make any sense when I'm definitely tired, but I just can't go to sleep. I tried listening to music to calm me down and lull me off to sleep, but it just keeps me awake because I just get into whatever it is I'm listening to.
Looks like the best thing for me is to just wait for my sleeping pattern to correct itself, and I need to force myself to stay away from napping intentionally and unintentionally.
I really want to learn piano.
